Dr. Finch is the current Director of Education for Scottsdale Healthcare.

Dr. Finch is a passionate about volunteering his time and medical expertise to help others. He is the founder of the nonprofit organization, Stepping Stones of Hope. This organization offers grief support for children and adults who have experienced a death in their life.   Since 1998,  Dr. Finch has participated in a week-long camp experience — Camp Not-A-Wheeze.  This camp offers children with moderate to severe asthma the opportunity to spend a week in the forest, participating with other children their age in a variety of camp activities, while learning how to manage their underlying asthma in a much more proactive fashion.

Dr. Finch is a recipient of the prestigious Hon Kachina Award which recognizes leaders in the State of Arizona who volunteer their time and motivate others to volunteerism. Dr. Finch has also been a awarded Phoenix Magazine’s “Top Doc” designation, peer nominated by from physicians from 50 medical specialties.
