Sara Champoux, PA-C, DHSc
Sara Champoux, PA-C, D.H.Sc graduated from MidwesternUniversity in 2002. After working in a family practice office and briefly in urgent care, she transferred to emergency medicine. She has worked for Scottsdale Emergency Associates for over eight years. She is currently the lead physician assistant, taking on administrative and new-employee training duties. She is also the Osborn campus director of patient relations where she works to remedy patient complaints. Sara served as a director at large on the board of the Arizona State Academy of Physician Assistants from 2010-2012. Sara completed a Doctor of Health Science degree in 2012 at A.T. Still University. She earned the Emergency Medicine Certificate of Added Qualifications in 2013. She is also a peer reviewer for Clinician Reviews Magazine. Her other activities include working to develop an emergency medicine PA training program, running, and traveling with her husband Edward.
